Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 1:00 pm and check-out is until 10:00 am. Please share your estimated arrival time so we can welcome you comfortably.

Cancellation and changes

For cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit is refunded. Within 15 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability and current rates. A no-show applies a charge equal to 100% of the deposit.

Payment

A 50% deposit confirms the booking. The booking engine shows the methods enabled for your stay, including Mercado Pago, PayPal and bank transfer. You can review the amount and conditions before confirming payment.

A calm shared environment

Amutuy is designed for rest. Access is reserved for registered guests, and we ask everyone to keep noise at a considerate level.

Belongings and safety

Each cabin has a safe box. We recommend using it for valuables and keeping personal belongings and vehicles secured during the stay.

Pet friendly by prior request

Small or medium, well-behaved pets are welcome after confirming conditions. Keeping them supervised and cleaning shared areas helps everyone enjoy the property.

Children

For their safety, children should always remain under adult supervision throughout the property.

Shared grill room

The shared room is available free of charge from 9:00 am to 11:30 pm. The grill does not require a booking; guests leave the area clean after use.

Bed linen

Bed linen, towels and blankets are included. For stays longer than seven days, towels are replaced every four days.
